The developer, Liudas Baronas (hereafter “we”, “us” or “our”), prioritizes user privacy and aims to be clear and transparent about how data is collected, used, shared, and protected.
If a Service provides app-specific privacy information in its settings, onboarding screens, or its App Store “App Privacy” section, those disclosures form part of this Policy and may provide additional detail for that particular App or Service.
We may collect personal data (user-identifiable) and/or non-personal data (non user-identifiable, aggregated) depending on which Service you use and which features you enable.
A. Device and Usage dataThis may include, for example:
Device model, operating system version, language and region settings
App version, session duration, feature usage, interaction events
IP address (often needed for network communications and security)
Diagnostics such as crash reports, performance logs, and error logs
Where relevant, users may be assigned a unique identifier (e.g., a random identifier) to help provide core functionality (such as saving preferences, preventing abuse, analytics, or syncing features). If a Service uses advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA), this will be governed by your device settings and consent choices (see “Your Choices”).
C. Account DataIf a Service offers sign-in or account features, we may process the data necessary to authenticate you and maintain your account (e.g., email address or a third-party sign-in token). The exact data depends on the sign-in method used.
D. Uploaded ContentSome Services allow you to upload or submit content, such as photos, images, videos, audio, text, or other materials (“Uploaded Content”). Different Services may involve camera/video inputs depending on how you use it.
Uploaded Content may include personal data if it contains information that identifies you or others. Uploaded Content may be processed to provide the requested features and may be temporarily stored on our systems to enable processing, providing full features functionality, ensure service reliability, handle retries, prevent abuse, investigate technical issues, improve features and performance. We retain Uploaded Content only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized where feasible, subject to legal, security, and backup retention requirements. We do not use Uploaded Content for advertising, marketing, promotional materials, public posting, or showcasing, and we do not publish or display them outside the Services, unless you provide a separate, explicit consent.
Some Services may work with third-party advertising companies to serve ads or measure ad performance. These companies may use tracking technologies to collect data about users who interact with their ads.
Our Privacy Policy does not cover how these third parties collect, use, or disclose information. We are not responsible for cookies or other tracking technologies used by third parties. Users should review the privacy policies of these third parties to understand their practices. Where feasible, we commit to providing information about data use and offering controls within the Service.
Our Services may use third-party services and APIs (such as analytics, crash reporting, ads, authentication, cloud hosting, payments, or mapping) to provide specific features. These providers may process data on our behalf (as “processors”) or for their own purposes depending on the integration.
If our Services share data with third-party providers, that processing is subject to their privacy policies and practices. We recommend reviewing those policies. In some cases, you may be able to access, change, or delete information those third parties hold by using their settings.
While we carefully select partners, we are not responsible for third-party privacy practices. We strive to work with providers that offer robust privacy protections and will inform you of material changes in our use of third-party services when appropriate.
Services that require network access use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit, helping protect data from interception and unauthorized access.
Our Apps may request device permissions such as camera, photo library, microphone, location services or similar to provide features. Permissions are requested only when needed for the relevant functionality and are not used outside the operational scope of the Service.
You can manage permissions at any time in your device settings.
We retain data only as long as necessary to:
provide the Services,
fulfill the purposes described in this Policy,
comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and
enforce agreements.
Uploaded Content may be stored for the time needed to:
deliver the feature you requested,
maintain service reliability (e.g., re-processing, caching, or restoring),
investigate abuse or security incidents,
improve tools/features.
After it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where feasible. Some data may persist in backups for a limited period and be deleted on the backup cycle.
Your Deletion and Access requestsUsers may request access to their personal data and may request deletion or correction, subject to legal and operational constraints. We may request identity verification before fulfilling requests. If we cannot delete certain data due to legal obligations or legitimate purposes (e.g., security logs), we will explain the reason.
To make a request, contact us using the details in the “Contact” section.
Depending on the Service:
You may be able to disable certain analytics or data collection features in the Service settings (where provided).
You can control ad tracking via iOS settings (including any App Tracking Transparency prompts, if applicable).
You can revoke device permissions in system settings.
You can request deletion or access as described above.

Some Services allow users to generate content using artificial intelligence (AI) based on user-provided inputs, which may include real-world images or other materials containing personal or confidential data, such as faces, identifiable features, product development under NDA and similar. AI-generated outputs may therefore reflect, derive from, or be directly influenced by the characteristics present in the uploaded input content. These outputs are generated solely in response to user actions and are provided to the user for their intended use. We do not claim ownership of user-provided inputs or the resulting AI-generated content. AI-generated content is not used to identify individuals, create biometric profiles, or train general-purpose models outside the operation of the Services, unless explicitly disclosed. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload content and to use any AI-generated results.
Some services allow users to submit or upload content, including images, video, audio, text, or other materials. User Generated Content is processed solely to provide the requested functionality within the Services, including AI-based processing where applicable.
